A UAE aid ship loaded with 5,820 tonnes of critical supplies for Gaza has docked at Egypt's Al Arish port.
It's the seventh aid ship under the UAE's 'Operation Chivalrous Knight 3' campaign set up to provide further humanitarian support to affected Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
The "Zayed Humanitarian Ship'' is carrying food supplies, medicines, medical equipment, dates, and shelter materials and coincides with the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The ship departed from Dubai's Hamriyah Port on March 1.

No aid has entered Gaza since March 2nd after Israel blocked the entry of aid trucks as a standoff over the truce with Hamas.
Since the start of the conflict in October 2023, the UAE has delivered over 34,000 tonnes of aid to Gaza.
In addition to the shipments, the UAE has launched several projects, including two field hospitals and automated bakeries, and established six desalination plants producing two million gallons of water daily for over 600,000 people.
The UAE is committed to ensuring that aid reaches those in need through all available channels, reinforcing its dedication to humanitarian support for the Palestinian people.
