Over 5 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the UAE so far.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention, 103,469 doses were given in the past 24 hours.
The distribution rate stands at 50.61 doses per 100 people.
The UAE has set the target to vaccinate at least 50 per cent of its residents before April 1.
The jab is available for free to every resident aged above 16 years, with priority now given to the elderly, people of determination and those with chronic illness.
