Tajikistan is the latest country that UAE nationals can visit without a visa.
Emiratis can stay in the Central Asian nation for up to 90 days without getting a pre-entry visa.
The decision, which comes into effect on January 1, is applicable to regular, special and diplomatic passport holders.
Entry to Tajikistan for tourism is currently suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"The visa waiver agreement reflects the strong ties between the UAE and the Republic of Tajikistan that were founded on mutual understanding and respect and a will to bolster bilateral relations," said Khalid Abdullah Belhoul, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC).
