Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has created a simple solution for motorists who may have lost their car registration plate in the recent extreme weather and need to get a replacement.
Many vehicles were stuck in flood water, with drivers having to deal with the aftermath, including costly repairs, electrical problems and missing number plates.
To apply for a lost vehicle plate replacement customers simply need to apply through the RTA website then visit one of the following centres to receive the plate: Shamil Al Qusais, AG Cars Al Mamzar, Al Mumayaz Aswaq Mizher, Tajdeed, Tamam centre, Al Mutakamela Al Awir, Al Mutakamela Al Quoz, Al Mumayaz Barsha Mall, Wasel Al Jaddaf.

Dubai Police is also offering a simplified service.
