Companies need to reassess their holiday allowance policies after the UAE Cabinet aligned the number of days off for the public and private sector.
That's the view of Hazel Jackson, CEO of Biz Group who told ARN News, that the number of public holidays given is more than generous and that it can be difficult for some companies to give extra days off.
