Heavy to moderate thundershowers lashed parts of the UAE in the early hours of Saturday.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) posted footage of heavy rainfall from Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah on its official Twitter handle.
Forecasters cautioned that more rain could hit parts of the country until Tuesday.
