Parkin UAE has announced plans to expand its infrastructure in Dubai with the opening of a new customer call centre which will use advanced smart technology, while also confirming new "AutoPay" and "PayLater" features.
The plans were announced during the visit of Mattar Al Tayer, Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to the new centre.
Posting on X, Parkin UAE wrote, "During the visit, we showcased the expansion plan for parking infrastructure in the Emirate of Dubai, highlighting the integration of advanced smart technologies aimed at enhancing the customer experience, such as the AutoPay and PayLater features."

In a separate post the company announced its expansion plans, which aims to improve and grow its customer service capabilities. "We also unveiled the new customer call centre, designed to accommodate over 500 customer interactions daily. This visit reaffirms our commitment to innovation, service excellence, and contributing actively to traffic management solutions in Dubai." Parkin UAE confirmed.
