Heavy vehicles and some buses will be banned from entering Abu Dhabi city and bridges on New Year's Eve.
In conjunction with the New Year celebrations, Abu Dhabi Police have announced restrictions on the movement of trucks, heavy vehicles and buses transporting workers in Abu Dhabi on Sheikh Zayed Bridge, Sheikh Khalifa Bridge, Musfah Bridge and Section Bridge.
The restrictions will be in place for 24 hours, running from 7:00 am on Saturday December 31, until Sunday, January 1 2023.
However, logistics and general cleaning company vehicles are exempted.
