Paid parking system has been activated across 149 spaces in Sector 8C, near Al Ain Museum.
The charges will come into effect from Sunday, April 18.
According to the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), the move is aimed at resolving parking issues and maintaining the flow of traffic.
It will also help tackle illegal and random parking, in addition to maintaining the overall look of the city.
The new paid parking zone is bordered by Hessa Bint Mohamed Street from east in front of the museum, and Al Tuhaf Road, which is a sub-street to enter the sector.
In order to manage parking spaces in Al Ain and improve the parking infrastructure, we activated paid parking system to 149 surface parking spaces in sector 8-C in Al Ain City.
