Dubai Metro timings will be altered on Friday to help participants taking part in the historic Sheikh Zayed Road run.
Trains will run from 4:30 am tomorrow, Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on its official Twitter handle.
To ensure the arrival of participants to the #DubaiRUN race, we changed the operating hours of #DubaiMetro on Friday, November 8, 2019, with the first trip starting at 4:30 am. You can reach the start line from the World Trade Centre Metro Station. #DubaiFitnessChallenge pic.twitter.com/8ayo2cINkL

While organisers tipped runners to use public transport to avoid delays, there are limited parking slots available at the venue and at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 5:00 am.
On Twitter, the RTA also shared details of the road closures for the Dubai Run 30x30.
To organise the #DubaiRUN, there will be some road closures on Friday, November 8. Kindly check the timings and locations of the closures and the alternative roads you can take for your journeys. #DubaiFitnessChallnege @DXBFitChallenge @DubaiPoliceHQ @DXBMediaOffice pic.twitter.com/fwjuLlhR0m
