Investigations are underway to determine the cause of a fire that gutted a large warehouse in Sharjah. The blaze took place at Industrial Area 7 behind Safeer Mall on Wednesday afternoon. The warehouse was storing electric machines, furniture, air-conditioning units and aluminium products. Sharjah civil defence said on Twitter that the fire ignited in the afternoon but no one was hurt.
