Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) will become a fitness hub, as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
The district was selected as one of eleven communities across the emirate, to host free sports events and activities from November 1 -7.
Fitness Hubs give the chance for everyone to hit their 30x30 goals, while encouraging a healthier lifestyle.
A virtual reality 'City in a Gym' pole has been installed in the JLT park, where people can scan a code to access workouts at any time.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge was launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, in 2017 with the aim of getting residents and citizens to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
