The clarification came during the latest government media briefing, with the UAE health sector's spokesperson Dr. Farida Al Hosani highlighting that it's the responsibility of the medical care centres to provide accurate data to the Al Hosn app system.
She added that the Al Hosn app is up and running, with the latest upgrade resolving earlier glitches.
In case of any issues, people are also being advised to reach out to Al Hosn app team on 8004676.
