Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has thanked the UAE for treating its nationals with care and compassion, and stressed the need to boost bilateral relations between the two countries.
Khan's message was conveyed by Pakistan's Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi during his meeting with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Thursday.
Qureshi, who is in the Emirate on an official visit, also appreciated the efforts of the UAE in combating the spread of COVID-19.
Meanwhile, His Highness praised the role of the Pakistani community in the UAE and for their contribution in the development of the country.
