His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated India on its successful mission to the moon.
"Congratulations to our friends in India for the successful landing on the moon. Nations are built through perseverance, India continues to make history," said Sheikh Mohammed.
India on Wednesday became the fourth nation to successfully land on the moon with its Chandrayaan-3 mission.
It's also the first country to land on the moon's South Pole.

The UAE Space Agency also congratulated India and the team at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on achieving this historic milestone.
