His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, has explored ways to strengthen bilateral ties with France during talks with President Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of the AI Impact Summit in New Delhi.
The two sides discussed strengthening cooperation in the technology sector, particularly in artificial intelligence, as well as training national talent, while supporting the development of innovative solutions to future challenges.
The meeting also reviewed avenues of cooperation between the two countries and underscored the importance of leveraging international partnerships to accelerate digital transformation; enhance research, and harness advanced technologies in support of sustainable economic and social development.
Earlier, Sheikh Khaled attended the opening session of India's AI Impact Summit that explored boosting global cooperation to advance AI adoption across key sectors.
Discussions also addressed future strategic priorities for the AI sector, including expanding public-private partnerships to accelerate AI-driven economic growth, support emerging economies, and improve the quality of life for communities worldwide.
He was leading the UAE delegation, on behalf of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The summit was chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
