The annual happiness index scores of Dubai government entities have been revealed by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.
Dubai Chamber heads the customer happiness index with a rating of 91.9 per cent, followed by Dubai Customs (91.8%), and Dubai Police (91.3%).
Meanwhile, the employee happiness index is headed by Dubai Police (96.6%), followed by Dubai Public Prosecution (94.7%) in second spot, and the General Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (94.1%) in third place.
While announcing the results on Twitter, Sheikh Hamdan said the average rating for Dubai government's customer happiness index reached 86 per cent, while it was 88 per cent for employee happiness.
