Dubai Civil Defence teams have successfully "extinguished" a fire caused by an impact on one of the fuel tanks near Dubai International Airport early on Monday.
The authorities added that no injuries were reported at the incident's location.

The announcement was made an hour after the Dubai Media Office said the relevant teams were controlling the fire at the airport.
A drone incident in the vicinity of Dubai International Airport (DXB) affected one of the fuel tanks. Dubai Civil Defence teams are currently working to bring the fire under control. No injuries have been reported so far.
