The performance of all federal government service centres in the UAE continues to be evaluated on the basis of a star rating system. Five of them have been ranked five-star in the latest phase- while 44 departments have been rated four-star, and 83 centres have received a three-star ranking. The rating system launched more than a year ago, aims to improve competitiveness and raise customer service standards. On average, government service centres receive over 30 million customers annually and process more than 100 million applications.
