Dubai Police have issued 720 “To Whom It May Concern” certificates for vehicles affected by adverse weather conditions across the UAE, following requests submitted by affected vehicle owners since Monday.
The service allows customers to apply for the certificate through the official website or the Dubai Police smart application.
Once the request is submitted, customers are required to bring their vehicle to the nearest police station for inspection to verify the damage. The certificate is then issued electronically.
To apply, users can access the Dubai Police website or app, navigate to the Certificates Package, select the “To Whom It May Concern” service, choose “Natural Disasters,” and upload photos of the affected vehicle. The certificate is issued within one working day.
Dubai Police emphasised the service is designed to facilitate procedures for vehicle owners affected by current weather conditions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
