 
                                    Motorists in Dubai can no longer settle vehicle fines in person at Customer Happiness Centres, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced.
From now on all penalties must be paid online or via the RTA Smart Apps the authority confirmed in a post on social media platform X.
