Dubai government employees are set to receive a performance-based bonus payout totalling AED 277 million.
The bonus distribution, approved by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister, is part of an initiative to reward civilian employees of Dubai Government entities who meet specified criteria.
It reflects the emirate's remarkable achievements over the past year, highlighting the efficiency of government services and boosting Dubai’s global competitiveness.
This gesture also underscores the leadership’s appreciation of government employees as key contributors to the emirate's success.
Sheikh Hamdan emphasised that the initiative aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and his commitment to fostering talent and peak performance.
