Starting today, fully vaccinated individuals can enjoy a host of activities and events in Dubai.
Making the announcement, Dubai's Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management said those who've got both the jabs will be allowed to attend music concerts, community sporting events, wedding parties, and other social events like gala dinners and award ceremonies.
They will also be able to attend live entertainment events at restaurants, cafes and shopping malls, and go to bars.
Entertainment facilities and venues can have increased capacity of 70%. Hotels can raise their occupancy ceiling to 100%. Music concerts, community sports events & social events will be allowed on the condition that all attendees and staff have received the COVID-19 vaccine.

The authority added that the easing of precautionary measures for live events will be reviewed after a month, with all those who perform and organise the events also required to be inoculated.
The face-mask and social distancing rules will continue to remain in place.
The capacity for these events must not exceed 70 per cent, and will be capped at 1,500 for indoor events and 2,500 for outdoor events.
Meanwhile, bars will be permitted to re-open, provided all staff have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
Authorities have warned that violators will face stiff penalties, and added that the new measures will be closely monitored and assessed in cooperation with Dubai's COVID-19 Command and Control Centre.
