No casualties were reported.
The Ministry strongly condemned the attack, describing it as blatant aggression and a clear violation of national sovereignty and international law. It affirmed that the state reserves its full right to respond to this escalation and to take all necessary measures to protect its territory, citizens, and residents, safeguard its sovereignty, and ensure its security and stability while protecting national interests and assets.
The Ministry confirmed it remains on high alert and fully prepared to address any threats, taking all necessary actions to decisively counter attempts to undermine the country’s security and stability. It added that the safety of citizens, residents, and visitors is a top priority that will not be compromised.
The Ministry urged the public to obtain information from official sources and avoid spreading rumors or unverified information.
