High waves have led to water-logging on the roads of Fujairah and Sharjah’s eastern region.
Drivers are advised to check their route as authorities had earlier cordoned off Kalba Street in the direction of Fujairah.
The other side was kept open but motorists have been urged to drive with caution.
Residents have also been asked to stay away from the region’s coastal areas due to rough sea conditions.
