The UAE has confirmed 1,226 new cases of COVID-19 from 140,051 tests.
Another 1,611 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 171,451.
Three more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 642.
A total of 195,878 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 23,785 are currently active.
