The enhanced COVID-19 screening campaign in Abu Dhabi has helped reduce the rate of new cases in the emirate.
In Abu Dhabi City, the number of positive cases has decreased to less than one per cent of those tested.
Authorities are now hoping to achieve a similar success rate in Al Ain and Al Dhafra over the coming weeks.
They have requested for the continued support of the public as screening measures have been ramped up in both the regions.
