COVID-19: 1,398 new cases in UAE from more than 114,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 1,398 new cases of COVID-19 after authorities carried out an additional 114,147 tests.

Another 1,666 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 103,325.

Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 452.

A total of 111,437 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 7,660 are currently active.

The Ministry of Health conducts 114,147 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,398 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,666 recoveries and 2 death cases due to complications.#CommitToWin pic.twitter.com/Vv1Hxb58Th
