The UAE has confirmed 1,041 new cases of COVID-19 after authorities carried out nearly 109,000 additional tests across the country.
The number of recoveries has gone up to 88,123 after another 1,001 people received the all-clear.
Meanwhile, the death toll remains 426 as no new fatalities have been reported.
A total of 98,801 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 10,252 are currently active.
The Ministry of Health conducts 108,906 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 1,041 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 1,001 recoveries and no death cases were registered today.#CommitToWin pic.twitter.com/pEsAXPHpuj
