Air Arabia has extended the suspension of operations until 3 pm on Monday, March 9, with a limited number of flights operating in coordination with relevant authorities.
The airline said the flights will operate subject to operational and safety approvals, adding that passengers scheduled on these flights will be notified directly.
All other passengers are advised not to travel to the airport unless contacted directly by Air Arabia.
Travellers are advised to check the airline's website and booking agents for rebooking options.
The airline said it is "currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries", and urged passengers to check on the airline's website and social media handles for latest travel updates.
