A housing project worth AED 674 million has opened in Abu Dhabi's Al Samha for Emirati nationals.
It has 250 villas with designs that reflect the UAE's heritage and national identity.
The homes are equipped with advanced security and fire safety systems.
The project, spanning an area of 520,000 sqm was built on the orders of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
It was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office.
