Starting Monday, motorists in Abu Dhabi will not have to pay for parking.
That's according to Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport, which announced the suspension of Mawaqif parking fees for a period of three weeks.
The decision is subject to "revision and extension".
These are initiatives put forward by the government to ease the burden on residents during the coronavirus crisis.
