The UAE has confirmed 499 new cases of COVID-19 from 282,974 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 618 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 994,358.
No further deaths have been recorded, so the total number of fatalities remains at 2,341.
A total of 1,015,398 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,699 are currently active.
