The UAE has confirmed 259 new cases of COVID-19 from 264,970 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 396 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 879,054.
The total number of fatalities remains at 2,302 as no further deaths have been reported.
A total of 896,631 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 15,275 are currently active.
