The UAE has confirmed 1,522 new cases of COVID-19 from 156,396 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,475 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 947,677.
One further death has been reported, increasing the total number to 2,325.
A total of 967,597 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 17,595 are currently active.
