A United Nations (UN) nuclear watchdog chief has died.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said Yukiya Amano was preparing to step down because of an unspecified illness.
The Japanese chief was the director general of the IAEA since 2009.
He was 72 years old.
