Iran's state TV has reported the death of several leaders of the armed forces and the Revolutionary Guard during the US-Israeli strikes on Iran on Saturday, including the armed forces' Chief of Staff Abdolrahim Mousavi.
Iranian TV listed the name of Mousavi, along with Defence Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh, Revolutionary Guards chief Mohammad Pakpour, and head of the Defence Council Ali Shamkhani as among those killed during Saturday's strikes.
