 
                                    Nearly 44,000 freehold residential units are expected to be completed in Dubai by the end of 2019.
That’s according to data from real estate portal Property Finder, which shows these new homes are spread across 136 different projects.
Apartments account for a major chunk of the upcoming inventory, followed by villas or townhouses and serviced apartments.
The report says more than 10,600 homes have already been completed this year, while at least 65 per cent of construction work will be over on another 4,133 units until September 2020, a month before the start of Expo 2020 Dubai.
According to construction schedules, Jumeirah Village Circle and Mohammed Bin Rashid City are expected to see the highest number of projects completed from today until Expo 2020.
