The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai will be opening again starting April 26, 2020 Sunday. For those who want to go to the consulate for any consular services must secure first an appointment, this is in line with the Guidelines and Protocol for Reopening of Establishments issued by the Dubai government which limit the number of people in one place.
