Urgently looking for a MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR who will be responsible for organizing and overseeing maintenance operations within the facility.

Maintenance Scheduling and Coordination - Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment, systems, and facilities. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.

Manage schedules and ensure adequate coverage for maintenance activities.

Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and contractors. Manage contracts and service agreements, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations.

Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics. Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance work, including equipment history and maintenance logs.
Qualifications:
