The board of Foreign Service Examinations (BFSE),, announces the conduct of the 2025 FOREIGN SERVICE OFFICER (FSO) EXAMINATIONS to recruit candidates for appointment to the position of Foreign Service Officer, Class IV.
Applicants for the examination must be knowledgeable in the economic, political, and social conditions of the Philippines, and must possess not only facility in oral and written communications, but also the traits essential to the performance of the duties of a Foreign Service Officer. Furthermore, they must be willing and able to accept assignments to any Post where their services may be required.
Applicants are advised to check their eligibility and to ensure that they meet all the requirements. No exemptions from the requirements shall be considered. Applicants who are found ineligible, or who have submitted incomplete application forms and requirements, shall not be allowed to take the examination, and their admission fees shall be forfeited.
Applications can be submitted through the Philippine Embassy in the UAE or the Philippine COnsulate in Dubai until October 30, 2024.

Job Overview:
The Meet and Greet Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming them, managing all logistics (including pick-up and drop-off), and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, captains, crew, and the Front Office Coordinator. You will play a key role in ensuring guests have a smooth onboarding process and enjoy a luxurious experience from start to finish. We are seeking candidates who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the jetty or designated pick-up location, ensuring a professional and personalized reception.

Manage transportation logistics for guests, including coordinating with transportation providers for pick-up and drop-off services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure all guest details and special requests are clearly communicated and prepared in advance of their yacht charter.

Liaise with yacht captains and crew to ensure the yacht is ready for boarding and communicate any specific guest requirements or requests.
- Guide guests through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the Front Office Coordinator for check-in and formalities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in managing logistics and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments (e.g., sales, operations, captains, and front office).
- Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
