IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. ADVISORY: Important Information for Applicants for Replacement of Lost Passport
To ensure the comfort and accommodation of its clients, the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and Northern Emirates informs the public that beginning 5 August 2024, all applicants who wish to apply for the replacement of their lost passport must secure an appointment through the Passport Appointment Portal
Further, the Consulate reminds the applicants to bring the complete requirements on the day of their appointment:
- Personal appearance of applicant
- Accomplished E-passport application form
- Photocopy of first page of lost passport (if available), 3 copies
- Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). A transcribed Birth Certificate from the Local Civil Registry (LCR) is required when entries in the PSA Birth Certificate are blurred or unreadable. If client is born overseas, a Report of Birth duly authenticated by the PSA is required.
- Affidavit of Loss executed at the Philippine Consulate General (original and 2 photocopies)
- Police Report issued by the Dubai Police with English translation (original and 2 photocopies)
- Additional supporting documents that may be required as necessary.
Clients are advised to bring CASH for the payment of their transactions at the Consulate. Below is the table of fees:
Lost e-Passport application – 600 AED
Affidavit of Loss – 100 AED
The new passport will be released six to eight weeks from the date of application, unless there are unavoidable delays.
