More than 500 doctors in Abu Dhabi have been given the UAE Golden Visa as a mark of acknowledgment by the government for their contribution towards maintaining public health and safety.
According to Abu Dhabi Media Office, it's also part of efforts by the government to "reinforce the emirate as an incubator of talent and honour the achievements of residents working in the healthcare sector".
The move will also ensure "doctors and their families enjoy long-term residency in the UAE".
