The UAE has announced 473 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 54,050.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), more than 47,000 coronavirus tests were carried out across the UAE.
The ministry has also confirmed that two more people have died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 330.
Meanwhile, 399 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 43,969.
This means that there are currently 9,751 active cases in the country.
