As many as 1,818 private establishments have been caught violating Emiratisation policies from mid-2022 to September 17, 2024.
During this period, a total of 2,784 fake cases of Emiratisation were detected by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE).
Legal action has been taken against these companies, including fines ranging from AED 20,000 to AED 500,000 and referrals to public prosecution based on the severity of the offences.
Additionally, these firms have been downgraded to the lowest category in the ministry's classification system.
Meanwhile, over 22,000 establishments are compliant with Emiratisation policies, contributing to a total of more than 114,000 Emirati employees in the private sector.
Our inspection system has detected 1818 private establishments that hired 2784 UAE nationals in violation of Emiratisation policies, attempting to circumvent Emiratisation targets and engage in fake Emiratisation, from mid-2022 till 17 September 2024.
