Dubai International Airport (DXB) retained its title as the world’s busiest airport for international passenger traffic in 2025, handling 95.2 million travellers.
The ranking, released by Airports Council International (ACI), reaffirms DXB's position as a key global aviation hub.
Dubai International ranked second globally in total passenger traffic, while Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International retained first place with 106.3 million passengers, followed by Tokyo Haneda (91.7 million) in third.
ACI says the rankings reflect the performance of leading global hubs across passenger traffic, cargo and aircraft movements, underscoring their key role in the aviation system.
