Six Nations: Itoje, McCloskey and van der Flier set for debuts

Saracens star Maro Itoje will make his full England debut on Saturday when England host Ireland in the Six Nations. Ireland have also made changes, with uncapped players Stuart McCloskey and Josh van der Flier making their debuts. Meanwhile, Tim Visser has been recalled to Scotland's starting fifteen for Saturday's trip to Italy, and replaces Sean Lamont. Meanwhile, France have made five changes ahead of their clash with Wales at the Millennium Stadium. Maxime Machenaud returns at scrum-half and wing Djibril Camara makes his debut after Teddy Thomas picked up an injury. Wales, France and England are unbeaten so far in the tournament.
