The UAE has dispatched its fifteenth aircraft to Lebanon, delivering 40 tonnes of essential food packages, primarily for children.
This aid is part of the ongoing 'UAE Stands with Lebanon' campaign, aimed at supporting the Lebanese people in their time of need.
Since early October, the UAE has delivered a total of 672 tonnes of relief supplies to the Lebanese people.
In addition to air deliveries, the UAE is also providing support via sea and is assisting Syrian refugees returning from Lebanon through various humanitarian organisations.
Overall, the UAE's humanitarian efforts have totalled 2,772 tonnes, including 772 tonnes specifically for Lebanon and Syria, with 2,000 tonnes delivered by a recent relief ship that arrived in Beirut.
