The UAE has allocated $3 million (over AED 11 million) to support the reconstruction of Huwara town in Palestine.
This comes following the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The project will be implemented by Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) in cooperation with the Emirati-Palestinian Friendship Club.
The initiative reflects the UAE’s ongoing humanitarian support of the people of Palestine.
