The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), in coordination with relevant authorities, has closed the “Oud Al Reem Domestic Workers Services” office in Ajman and issued a decision to revoke its license due to serious violations.
The decision was made following a report from the ministry's inspection system, in compliance with the regulations applied to domestic worker recruitment offices, alongside the ministry's advanced complaints system and response to stakeholder reports.
The authority higlighted that it will not hesitate to take legal action against any office found in violation.
The UAE community has been urged to report any violating or negative practices via the call center at 600590000.
Residents have also been advised to only deal with licensed offices listed on the ministry's official website to ensure the protection of all parties’ contractual rights.
